Functions:
Answering a multi-line phone system Greeting/welcoming patients with a smile Confirming upcoming appointments Contacting insurance companies to verify coverage for new and existing patients Maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude with patients and team member at all times Contribute to team culture Combine efficiency, productivity, and empathy for patients in all actions Demonstrate exceptional human relation skills Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:
Positive attitude Desire to learn and grow Demonstrate accuracy in spelling and basic math Exceptional customer service skills Experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred.
