Worthington Hills Dental is proud to feature a family with the indelible energy, love, and family bond the Cafarelli family has. From date nights and your next must-read book, to thoughts on jazzercise and music, Meagan’s beauty and energy is contagious as she describes her family and their inspiring lives!

You are a gorgeous momma, Meagan! What’s your secret to staying in shape, looking beautiful, and being an incredible mom and wife?
Thank you! I don’t know about being incredible, but I do try my best to stay in shape. I love doing Jazzercise with my mom. I know, I know, that word conjures up images of Jane Fonda and leotards, but it’s definitely not that anymore. It’s an incredible full body work out. I love it so much I’m training to become an instructor!

Rob, how do you stay in such great shape?!
He swims every single day with the exception of Christmas 🙂 He’s also just naturally active and loves walking our dog Samson, playing volleyball, going for runs, helping people move. He is the type of person that can’t sit still for long and would rather be up and going.

How long have you lived in Worthington?

We moved to Worthington Hills two years ago. We actually moved on Trick Or Treat day and it was such a fun way to get to meet all our neighbors right away.

What’s your go-to neighborhood restaurant?

We are regulars at Rusty Bucket because it’s just so close and easy to go to with little kids. And, we’ve also started going to Senor Tequilas on Hard Rd. The proximity and availability of jumbo margaritas is hard to pass up.

What was your first thought when you woke up this morning?
Meagan: oh my gosh we’re going to be late for preschool!!!
Rob: I better be quiet so I don’t wake anybody

Where do you go to when you need advice?

I immediately go to my mom. She always has an answer.

How do your sons describe dad and mom?
Eddie says about mom: I like having races with mommy and playing hide and seek and snuggling with her.

Dad: I love daddy. He’s funny. And he snuggles with me and plays with me a lot.

Blog or Book?!
Book! We are doing a really inspiring 30-week bible study called ‘Believe’ with our church, Worthington Christian.

You are on a date night with the hubs–where do you go and what are you wearing?!
The Pearl is our go-to date night restaurant. We try to make ourselves go to other places, but always end up wishing we would had stuck to our favorite. I’ll usually have on jeans, heels and a cute top….it’s the ONLY time I actually wear a heel. And Rob wears a nice button down and jeans.

Best thing about being a momma?

All the love I get and give to and from my kids.

What are your boy’s must-haves: food, drink, and toy?!

Snacks. Snacks. And more snacks.

Where do you go for mommy-son dates?

I grew up going to the theater with my mom and saw everything from bizarre modern ballet performances to the Broadway shows. So I love carrying on that tradition and taking my boys.

Prince or Madonna?!

Madge all the way.

What do you love most about your neighborhood, Worthington Hills?

The people! We feel so lucky to have so many great friends just within walking distance!

For anyone who may be thinking of becoming patients at Worthington Hills Dental, what would you share about your experience with the practice?

I have been going to Worthington Hills dental since I was a little girl. My parents go there and now I take my kids there. It’s an amazing family practice with people who really care about their clients. One of the most touching moments to me was when I first took my older son Eddie for his teeth cleaning. I got my teeth cleaned as well, and the hygienist let him touch some of the tools and even help her clean some of my teeth! It completely changed his view of the dentist and now he loves going there because he thinks those are his friends and that’s where he gets to go and work.
